Private sessions and small group classes
Private sessions or small groups classes are a great way to access yoga to suit your timetable and level.
If you are new to yoga, want to practice in your own home or work, or even with a group of friends rather than at a public class then this is the best option for you. Private classes mean that the session is tailored to your specific needs, with full attention and support from the teacher. These bespoke classes will allow you to work towards your goals - whether these are physical, emotional or recovering from an injury.
These yoga classes and courses are created to suit your needs and lifestyle, offering support as and when you need it. You will also receive a plan of key poses that you can focus on in your own time.
