myofascial release with partner work and stretching

This is a workshop your body will love! Working with some gentle restorative postures and partner work to begin to release areas of tension in the body, follow by myofascial release with tennis balls getting into tight areas in the body in particular the hips and back, and concluding with a long savasana this workshop will leave you feeling relaxed and more open. You’ll even go away with a few tips to recreate this feeling in the comfort of your own home.
