With the lightness of spring, and the energy this brings us, it is a great time to focus how we want to nourish our bodies and spirits, to keep our energy up all summer.
Together we will practice a warming yoga practice to enerise and open our lungs to the freshness of spring. We will nourish ourselves with a delicious lunch, and discuss how we can bring in simple self care routines through yoga, essential oils, rituals and meditation to transition from one season to another. We will consider which seeds we want to plant, what do we want to bring forth in the summer months? A project? A relationship? Self-care? Community? We will explore simple techniques to create rituals to transition from one phase to another so that we can welcome in the summer with strong bodies and minds. We will finish with a deep relaxation to allow the seeds to take root. It will be a day of nourishment, exploration and community.

Our day will take place in the gorgeous, reimagined 18th century stables and courtyard in the heart of a thousand acre estate just 5 miles from Edinburgh’s centre, at Dalkeith Country Park.
