Hi,

I started practising yoga to deal with anxiety and insomnia. I instantly fell in love with the practice. I found it both challenging and relaxing. I felt empowered to move daily, knowing that I only needed a mat, and a small rectangle of space to move.

Over the years I have witnessed the impact and shift in people when they begin a regular practice, and I believe yoga is for everybody.

Contrary to popular belief you don’t need to be flexible to come to a yoga class. I love that I get share my passion with students, and offer them tools to help them feel empowered and live a life lights up their spirit.

While yoga was my entry point into the wellness sector, I have continued to learn and develop, training in mindful meditation and qualifying as a coach. Combined these practises and tools have had profound impact on me, helping me to transition through difficult times, manage my anxiety and live a life that lights me up.

I am a life long learner, and you will find me studying anatomy, neuroscience, psychology, personal development tools that I bring to my teaching and coaching.
